Josh Knowles

Josh Knowles is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Project Manager and formerly as a Systems Engineer at Trace3 since May 2018. Prior to this, Josh gained experience as a Network Operations Analyst Intern at Humana from May 2017 to May 2018, focusing on monitoring tools such as Sitescope, BSM, Orion, and Network Node Manager, along with server management. Earlier in Josh's career, from May 2007 to May 2014, leadership skills were developed as the Assistant Aquatics Director at Clear Creek Park, where responsibilities included employee scheduling and ensuring safe work conditions. Josh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Information Security/Web Development from the University of Louisville, earned between 2012 and 2018.
