Paul Johnson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Paul is currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services & Operations at Trace3, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Innovation & Operations at Trace3 from January 2021 to May 2022. From March 2019 to January 2021, they were the Managing Director of Technology Strategy & Innovation Programs at Trace3. Before that, they held the position of Director of Technology Strategy & Innovation Programs from October 2017 to March 2019.

Prior to their roles at Trace3, Paul worked at 120° Venture Construction, Inc. as the Director of Project Management from June 2010 to May 2011. Paul also served as the Director of Program Management at Cognitive Solutions LLC from November 2008 to November 2010.

Before that, Paul gained valuable experience at companies such as Mattel and Pacific Life, where they held the position of Senior Project Manager in the PMO. Paul also worked as a Project Manager at Edgewater Technology and as a Project Manager & Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing and executing various IT-based professional services programs. Paul has worked with global leaders in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, and process manufacturing.

Paul Johnson earned an MBA in Finance from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business between 1992 and 1994. Paul also holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Southern Maine - School of Business, which they obtained from 1987 to 2002. Additionally, Paul has obtained various certifications, including Driving Corporate Performance and Leading Professional Services Firms from Harvard Business School, Wharton Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from The Wharton School, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Version 3 Foundation from ITIL, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
