Rich Fennessy

Rich Fennessy is the current CEO of Trace3. Rich has previously served as CEO of Kudelski Security and FishNet Security, and as an Operating Advisor for Clearlake Capital Group.

Fennessy has over 25 years of experience in the cyber security industry. Rich began their career at Kudelski Security, where they rose through the ranks to become CEO. During their time at Kudelski Security, Fennessy oversaw the company's expansion into North America.

From there, Fennessy became CEO of FishNet Security. Rich led the company through a period of growth and profitability. Under Fennessy's leadership, FishNet Security became one of the largest cyber security firms in the United States.

After a successful tenure at FishNet Security, Fennessy took on the role of Operating Advisor for Clearlake Capital Group. In this role, they assisted in supporting existing portfolio companies as well as working with the deal team in targeted new investments.

Fennessy has a proven track record as a successful CEO and cyber security expert. Rich is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the ever-changing landscape of the cyber security industry. Rich Fennessy is a leader in the field of cyber security, and Trace3 is fortunate to have him at the helm.

Rich Fennessy's educational career includes a BS in Engineering from Michigan State University.
