Sean Nilsen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the Contact Center and Collaboration sectors. Currently serving as the Sr Practice Director for Strategic Engagements at Trace3 since April 2022, Sean leads a team focused on emerging trends and technology offerings. Prior to this role, Sean held positions including Chief Solutions Architect at LaSalle Solutions, Software Development Manager and Senior Consultant at Presidio, and Director of Java Consulting at Aston Technologies. Sean's background also includes significant roles at Thomson Reuters, eLoyalty, BestBuy, Ameriprise Financial Services, Enventis Telecom, and Mitel Network Solutions. With a degree from Rutgers University, Sean combines a deep understanding of technology with a commitment to helping clients navigate their technology journeys.
