Thomas Weir

Thomas Weir is a seasoned technical program manager at Trace3, where services have been rendered since January 2020. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a senior associate at Point B from September 2014 to January 2020, and prior to that held various positions at DuPont Sustainable Solutions, including regional business process improvement champion, account executive, project manager, and consultant from August 2005 to September 2014. Additionally, Thomas gained experience as an applications engineer at Corning Incorporated between 2000 and 2003 and as a surface warfare officer in the US Navy from January 1992 to July 2000, with responsibilities encompassing various roles in engineering, maintenance management, and administration. Thomas holds an MBA in product marketing and development, corporate financial analysis and planning, and strategic management and consulting from Penn State University, as well as a BS in engineering science with a minor in engineering mechanics from the same institution.
