Misha Utyshev has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of product and user interface design. Misha started their career at Chulakov Studio as a User Interface Designer in March 2018 and worked their way up to become a Design Team Lead in June 2020. During their time at Chulakov Studio, Misha successfully raised six designers from Junior to Middle level and improved average customer satisfaction through lectures and meetings with designers.

In 2021, Misha joined X5 Digital as a Senior Product Designer, where they played a key role in growing revenue for delivery services by 400% through the creation of an express delivery app. Misha also reduced the cost of delivery by 17.2% through a redesign and design system that integrated all delivery services.

In 2022, Misha joined Alfa-Bank as a Product Designer and made significant contributions to the company's success. Misha increased the number of credit card orders and new clients by creating flow orders for credit card installments and early redemption, as well as flow orders for third-party individuals. Misha also significantly increased profit from card order fees through the creation of a flow reissue system in the Web-version of the personal account.

In 2023, Misha will join TraceAir Technologies as a Senior Product Designer, further expanding their expertise in the field.

Misha Utyshev attended Yaroslavl City Planning College from 2013 to 2017. They studied Quality Control Technology/Technician during this time. In addition to their college education, Misha obtained the EFSET English Certificate with a score of 60/100 (B2 Upper intermediate) from EF Standard English Test in March 2022. They also received various mentorship sessions from adplist.org, including 1 session obtained in January 2023, 10 sessions obtained in February 2023, and 100 mentorship minutes obtained in January 2023.
