Gabriela studied Agro-industrial engineering and has a Master degree in Food Development, Research and Innovation.
Ever since then, she has dedicated her professional career to biopolymers, e.g. as a laboratory science technician & researcher at an university in Ecuador, publishing various scientific papers in the topic.
