Alexandra Kenney has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Alexandra started their career in 1996 at Thomson Reuters, where they held various senior HR roles supporting different business groups across Europe. During their time there, they gained significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and recruitment. In 2003, they took a career break to spend time with their young family before joining BMC Software in 2005 as Manager - HR Business Partner. In this role, they developed and implemented talent and people initiatives for the Software Consulting business across EMEA, with specific responsibilities for the UK, including acquisitions, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Alexandra worked at BMC Software until 2010 when they moved to Atos (formally Siemens IT Solutions and Services) as a Talent Management Partner - Resourcing. In 2011, they joined Progress as the Human Resources Manager for EMEA, a position they held until 2017. During this time, they successfully managed HR operations and supported the company's growth in the region. Afterward, they worked on short-term contracts as a Senior Human Resources Consultant before joining PwC as a Human Capital Manager in 2018. Alexandra provided HR expertise and strategic support to the organization until 2019. Following their tenure at PwC, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at MacGregor Industries until 2020. Currently, they are employed at TraceLink as the EMEA Human Resources Manager and was recently promoted to the position of Senior Director Human Resources EMEA & APAC in 2021. Their diverse background and expertise make their a valuable asset in the field of human resources management.

Alexandra Kenney has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Joint Honours Degree in Geography and Physical Education from the University of Birmingham. Alexandra also holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University and a Certificate in Personnel Management from The University of Auckland.
