Erica Burns

Erica Burns has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erica recently held the position of Senior Director of Web, Design, and Communications at TraceLink since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Creative and Digital from April 2021, focusing on driving global strategy and leading a team to produce on-brand designs across multiple platforms. Before that, they served as the Senior Manager for Global Web Initiatives & Design (September 2018 - April 2021) and Content Production and Localization Manager (March 2017 - April 2021) at TraceLink.

Erica also worked as a Senior Marketing Specialist at TraceLink from July 2015 to September 2018, where they contributed to cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives and developed various marketing materials.

Additionally, Erica worked as a Graphic Designer in a freelance capacity from July 2015 to November 2019.

Erica'searlier experience includes roles as a Marketing Research Analyst at the Boston Herald from December 2010 to July 2015, where they were responsible for planning and executing marketing communications programs and conducting market research. Erica also worked as an Advertising Account Executive at Metro International from November 2009 to December 2010 and at GateHouse Media from August 2008 to August 2009, managing advertising campaigns and executing events.

Erica Burns completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Suffolk University in 2008. After that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from UMass Boston, which they completed in 2015.
