Jeff Sa

Jeff Sa has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and development. Jeff began their career at Wang Global, where they managed a team of recruiters and implemented new recruiting initiatives. At Wired Empire, they developed a recruiting process that resulted in significant company growth. Jeff then joined Emptoris, where they built a recruiting infrastructure and successfully hired for various roles within the organization. Jeff later worked at Modis as a staffing manager, overseeing a team of recruiters and sourcing technical positions. At Qualxserv, Jeff provided staffing and employee relations support for the Navy and Marine Corps project. Jeff then moved on to EMC Corp., where they managed the recruiting organization for the Resource Management Software Group and supported the Chief Technology Office and Chief Development Office. Jeff also held roles at Pegasystems and BMC Software, where they led global recruiting teams and implemented strategic recruiting plans. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Development at TraceLink, where they were responsible for building a recruiting team, driving employment branding initiatives, and implementing best-in-class talent acquisition practices.
