John McLachlan

John McLachlan is currently the Director of the Center of Excellence at TraceLink, a position held since 2017. McLachlan previously served as VP of Consulting Operations at ROC IT Solutions from 2009 to 2017, and was the Director of Client Services at Blue Vector Systems from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, McLachlan worked as a Principal Consultant at both Xelus and LPA Software from 1994 to 2007, and held the role of VP of Professional Services at Click Commerce from 2005 to 2007. They also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting from 1987 to 1992. McLachlan earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame between 1983 and 1987.
