Khiem Le has a diverse and extensive work experience. Khiem started their career as an Engineering Intern at NextEra Energy Resources in 2009 and later served as a Plant Engineering Balance of Plant Intern in 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Process Development Engineer at Alkermes, focusing on the refinement of particle size and solid-state pill formulation strategies for cancer treatment drugs.

In 2012, Khiem joined Altran as an Engineering Consultant II, providing consultation services in advanced analytics, testing, program management, materials consulting, and engineering to power plant and life science companies. Khiem then joined Symbotic in 2016 as a Business Analyst, where they led projects end-to-end, including feature specification, requirement gathering, and supporting launches.

Khiem'smost recent role is at TraceLink, where they have held multiple positions. From 2019 to 2021, Khiem served as a Product Manager in the Sustaining Engineering group, where they identified and resolved deficiencies in the legacy platform. Khiem also contributed to the creation of compliance solutions. Currently, they are a Product Manager within TraceLink's platform group, responsible for web-based products such as Application Development, Localization, and Web App services.

Throughout their career, Khiem has gained experience in various industries, including power generation, power delivery, nuclear power, oil and gas, life sciences, and supply chain compliance solutions.

Khiem Le completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Nuclear Engineering from the same university during the same time. Khiem continued their education at the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, where they earned a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from 2010 to 2011.
