Michelle G. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle started their career as a Sales Associate at Sea Boston, where they interacted with customers, including international visitors. Michelle then worked as an Assistant Program Director at Educational Development Group, where they taught English to immigrants and assisted students with job applications and financial aid. Michelle also gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at Simmons College, providing support to faculty and students in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Michelle further expanded their skills as a Webmaster for Sigma Theta Tau's Theta-at-Large Chapter, maintaining the chapter's website and managing various resources. Prior to their current role, Michelle served as a Supplier Trainer & Administrator and later as a Supplier Engagement Lead at Trace One, and currently works as a Technical Account Manager at TraceLink.

Michelle G. completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at Northeastern University from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as a Track & Trace Services Certified Administrator from TraceLink in April 2020. Michelle further enhanced their skill set by earning a DSCSA Specialist certification from TraceLink in April 2023.
