Motish Jain

Motish Jain has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Motish started their career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Motish then joined Deloitte U.S. India offices as a Business Technology Analyst, where they developed applications and later led a team. In 2015, they joined Sapient as a Senior Analyst, working on projects for Morgan Stanley. In 2017, Motish joined TraceLink as a Software Engineer II, becoming the first developer from the Mumbai office. Motish played a key role in investigating bugs and handling critical issues before transitioning to the core platform development team. In 2020, they were promoted to Team Lead, Software Engineering, where they focused on delivering compliance milestones and expanding the team in preparation for new compliances. In 2021, they were promoted to Manager, Software Engineering at TraceLink. Overall, Motish has demonstrated their technical expertise and leadership skills throughout their career.

Motish Jain obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Computer Science from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) from Kischinchand Chellaram College, from 2005 to 2007. Motish'seducation journey began at HVB Academy, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C.) from 1998 to 2005.
