Shweta Agarwal

Shweta Agarwal's work experience begins with their role as an Engineer at Rimjhim Ispat Ltd. in 2009. Shweta then joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer in 2010 before moving on to Axis Bank in 2014. At Axis Bank, Shweta served as a Senior Manager in the Technology & Digital Innovation Group, where they worked on researching and identifying new opportunities, designing digital banking products, and proposing solutions to bridge the gap between business and IT. Shweta then joined DigitalOcean in 2017 as a Product Management Intern. Currently, Shweta is working at TraceLink, where they started as a Product Manager in 2018 and has now advanced to the role of Senior Product Manager.

Shweta Agarwal obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology from 2005 to 2009. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGP) at the Indian School of Business, focusing on Marketing and Information and Technology Management. From 2016 to 2018, Shweta attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they obtained a Master's Degree in System Design & Management (SDM). Additionally, they hold certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional obtained in January 2011 and an ITIL v3 Foundation Examination obtained in December 2010.
