Sourabh TVJ has work experience in various roles and companies. Sourabh started their most recent role as a Product Quality Specialist at TraceLink in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality and Compliance Analyst at Stratogent from June 2021 to September 2021. Before joining Stratogent, Sourabh worked at Syngene International Limited from July 2017 to June 2021. At Syngene, they held the positions of Executive and Associate Executive, where they handled quality management systems in biopharma, was experienced in trackwise software, prepared risk assessments, managed preventive maintenance and calibration schedules, was an expert in HVAC validation protocols, conducted equipment qualification and CSV, and contributed to lean six sigma implementation. Sourabh also handled audits, audit responses, compliance, and was responsible for safety permit issuance.

Sourabh TVJ completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from M V J College of Engineering in Bangalore from 2013 to 2017.
