Duncan Whitaker

Duncan Whitaker's work experience begins in 2015 as an Audio Visual Technician at Design & Integration, Inc., where they assisted in the installation of AV equipment. In 2016, they interned at the National Aquarium, collaborating with the finance department to build business process models. Duncan also served as a Web Development Teaching Assistant at the University of Vermont during the same year. In 2017, Duncan worked as a Sustaining Engineering Junior Analyst at MyWebGrocer. Duncan then became a Web Team Intern at The University of Vermont Medical Center in 2016. From 2018 to 2021, Duncan worked at Verizon Media, starting as a P&E Optimization Strategist and advancing to P&E Optimization Sr. Strategist and P&E Optimization Lead. In these roles, they analyzed and merchandized inventory, prepared performance insights for clients, and optimized bidder performance across various platforms. Duncan's most recent position is at Tracer, where they have worked as a Technical Success Manager and is currently a Sr. Technical Success Manager. In this role, they operate between customer success and product/eng teams, consults with C-level execs, and optimizes Tracer to meet stakeholder needs.

Duncan Whitaker obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also earned a certification in Website Development from the University of Vermont College of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences in May 2017.
