Tarun Grover

Tarun Grover is the Managing Director of Tracers India Search Pvt Ltd, having established the executive search firm in June 2009, which specializes in senior and mid-level recruitment for clients in various sectors, including Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Chemicals, FMCG, Paints, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences. Prior to this, Tarun served as Director at CHR Global from December 2005 to May 2009 and as CEO of the International Copper Association from 2000 to 2005, where significant contributions were made to increase copper consumption in India. Additionally, experience includes roles as Business Manager for ICI India from 1989 to 2000, covering multiple functions across various chemical businesses, and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Tata Motors from 1985 to 1987. Tarun holds an MBA in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Delhi College of Engineering. Early education was completed at The Air Force School, Subroto Park.
