Dylan Lester has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Foreign Exchange Intern at First National Bank of Omaha until 2013. In the same year, they joined First Capital Partners, LLC as a Financial Analyst Intern and later progressed to become an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and ultimately an Associate until 2020. In 2020, they also had a Business Strategy Internship at Demoflow. Currently, Dylan holds the position of Director of Business Development and FP&A at Trachte LLC, where they previously served as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from 2021 to 2023.
Dylan Lester completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a BSBA degree in Economics and Finance from Creighton University, which they attended from 2011 to 2015.
