Paul Soldner is an experienced maintenance technician currently serving as the Assistant Lead Maintenance Mechanical Technician at Trachte Building Systems since November 2019, focusing on the maintenance of machines and systems for producing formed metal buildings. Prior to this role, Paul worked at John Deere Horicon Works, progressing from an Apprentice Maintenance Mechanic to a Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic, where Paul earned a state of Wisconsin Journeyman's card in October 2018 and worked third shift.
