Nicklas Hall Jarnel

Nicklas Hall Jarnel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicklas is currently working at TracInnovations, where they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager at the same company.

Before joining TracInnovations, Nicklas worked at Topdanmark - Forsikring og Pension as a Tech Specialist from September 2018 to March 2020. Nicklas was part of the company's innovation lab, contributing to the development and validation phase of the Heap project.

Nicklas also has experience as the Co-Founder and CEO of Global Lighting Standard, a spinout company from the Technical University of Denmark. During their tenure from November 2016 to December 2018, they built the business from scratch, managed a team of four, and secured soft funding of approximately 250,000€.

Additionally, they served as a Business Developer at DTU Fotonik from February 2016 to November 2016, where they played a crucial role in commercializing a groundbreaking technology and negotiating IP license agreements.

As a Co-Founder and Business Developer at Norlase ApS from January 2014 to January 2016, Nicklas was instrumental in establishing the high-tech company and raising around 700,000€ in funding. Nicklas also focused on creating synergies between commercial and technical development and implementing administrative IT solutions.

Earlier in their career, they gained sales experience as a Sales Assistant at Via Biler A/S from November 2011 to January 2016 and as a Sales Assistant and Team Manager at Bilka, Dansk Supermarked from May 2007 to March 2014, where they consistently achieved successful sales and demonstrated leadership skills.

Nicklas also worked as an Instructor at Copenhagen Business School, teaching a Master's level class on Digital Entrepreneurship. Nicklas completed their role as an Instructor at Leapkit, a company they co-founded, from June 2014 to June 2015. Additionally, they gained valuable skills in customer relationship management as a Sales and Event Manager Trainee at Humanic Group from June 2013 to November 2013.

Throughout their career, Nicklas has showcased their abilities in business development, project management, fundraising, team management, and sales.

Nicklas Hall Jarnel completed their education in a chronological manner. Nicklas first attended Frederiksberg HTX from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an HTX degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics and Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School. Subsequently, they continued their studies at Copenhagen Business School and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and Business Administration from 2013 to 2015.
