Marco Bessa is a seasoned professional with a background in customer success and relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Analyst at Track.co since March 2024, Marco manages a portfolio of clients, conducts onboarding, negotiates contract renewals, provides corporate training, and advises on customer experience best practices. Prior experience includes a role as Coordinator of Service at Hospital da Baleia, overseeing oncology and specialty medical appointments and implementing customer service protocols. Marco also held positions at Track.co in customer success and at Grupo Santa Casa BH, where a passion for customer relationship management was discovered. Additionally, Marco gained experience as a school professional advisor during a psychology internship. An alumnus of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Marco graduated in 2016 with a degree in Psychology.
