Pawel Napiorkowski

Pawel Napiorkowski is a seasoned professional in User Experience and Design, currently serving as the Director of User Experience Design at TRACK GmbH since July 2022. With a diverse background, Pawel has held roles such as UX/UI Designer and Art Director in freelance capacities and as Senior UX/UI Designer at Scholz & Friends, contributing to projects for notable clients like IKEA and Volkswagen. Previous experience includes positions at GGH MullenLowe, DDB, and Publicis Pixelpark, where Pawel worked on digital solutions, editorial designs, and integrated advertising campaigns. Pawel holds a Diplom in Design from Fachhochschule Darmstadt and has completed a study abroad program at Akademia Sztuk Pięknych im. Jana Matejki w Krakowie.
