Dawn Bova

Dawn Bova is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Track Record Global since May 2017, Dawn has helped the company enhance its support for businesses with complex supply chains. Prior to this role, Dawn worked at John Wiley and Sons from 2007 to 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing human resources for Europe and integrating HR functions following the acquisition of Blackwell. Dawn's earlier experience includes positions as Director of HR and HR Manager at Blackwell Publishing, and HR Advisor at Elsevier Science. Dawn holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Thames Valley College and has a degree from The University of Manchester.
