Nicole Carro has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Guest Services and Server at Drive Shack Inc. since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing seating charts and reservations through Dinetime and assisting customers with inquiries. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Hostess at Giovanni's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria from June 2020 to July 2021, where duties involved greeting guests and managing seating arrangements. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
