Hugo Alvarez

Hugo Alvarez has been working in the finance and logistics industries since 2017. In that year, they began working as a Consultant in Investment Strategies at Cretum Capital Partners. Hugo also began working at Microbit as a Chief Financial Analysis and Chief Financial Project Development. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder and COO of TrackChain, where they are driven by the belief of being the bridge to the new Smart logistics and transforming the trucking industry by connecting shippers and carriers through data and automation.

Hugo Alvarez is currently enrolled in Y Combinator's Summer 21 program. Prior to this, they completed a degree in Portfolio, Program and Project Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2021. Hugo also holds a Certified degree in Accounting and Business Management/Contabilidad y Gestión Empresarial from the University of Navarra, which they obtained in 2020. In 2018, they were Certified by AMIB - Asociación Mexicana de Instituciones Bursátiles as an Investment Strategy Advisor. Hugo Alvarez completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas in 2017.
