Lâm Nguyen Hoang has a wealth of experience in software engineering, beginning in 2004 with a role as a Software Developer for Unilog Management. In 2006, they moved to Ramboll as a Software Developer, where they designed network interfaces for lasers and other measurement devices. In 2008, they took on the role of Conditional Access Specialist at Amino Communications, designing embedded software clients and allowing playback of scrambled digital television streams. In 2010, they returned to Ramboll as a Software Developer, developing applications to enhance pavement engineering services. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Sportamore as a Team-Lead and Web Developer, working with Python, Django, Celery, Elastic Search, Kibana, Docker, Redis, Sentry, Postgres, Mysql, Fabric, New Relic, React, and Solr. In 2021, they became a Software Engineer at Slagkryssaren, and they are currently employed as a Software Engineer at Tracklib, beginning in 2022.

Lâm Nguyen Hoang received a Master's degree in Automatic Control, Electronics, and Computer Science from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Toulouse between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended INSA Rennes from 1999 to 2001.
