Madhu Tummaluru has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Madhu is currently working as a Senior HR Executive in a venture-backed stealth startup since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture in India as a Human Resources Analyst from June 2021 to June 2022. Madhu also gained experience at Oracle as an HR Executive from June 2019 to June 2021, where they were responsible for resource management data, coordination with project managers, and ensuring compliance with processes. Before that, they worked at Right Avenue Enterprises as an HR Executive from November 2018 to May 2019, where they handled offer issuance, onboarding, and background verification. Madhu also worked at MaxCure Hospitals as a Corporate HR Executive - Talent Acquisition from November 2017 to October 2018, where they identified open positions from all units. Their earlier experience includes working at Wisdom IT Services as an HR Associate - Talent Acquisition from March 2017 to November 2017, where they handled hiring source identification, job posting, and initial screening of profiles.
