Tammy Comb, SHRM-CP has a long and varied work experience. Tammy began their career in 2002 as a Paralegal and Plaintiff & Expert Deposition Coordinator at Brayton Purcell LLP. In 2004, they moved to Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein as a Paralegal. From 2006 to 2017, they were a Paralegal at Latham & Watkins, LLP, where they were responsible for complex litigation matters and conducted detailed legal research and analysis. In 2017, they joined One Concern as an HR Manager, where they provided effective HR management support to 100+ employees, created and executed robust strategies, plans, programs, procedures, systems, and metrics, and led all aspects of employee and management training and professional development. Most recently, in 2023, they joined a Venture Backed Stealth Startup as a Senior HR Generalist.

Tammy Comb, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor's degree in History from Sonoma State University and a Paralegal Certificate from the same institution. In 2020, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM, and in 2021 they obtained their CA Employment Law certification from SHRM.
