Erica Stanley-Dottin

Erica Stanley-Dottin is an experienced professional in community engagement and marketing, currently serving as the NYC Community and Marketing Manager at Tracksmith since April 2022. Previously, Erica worked as a Social Impact Producer for Sisters On Track Film from March 2021 to May 2022 and briefly as a Producer for Tracksmith in July 2021, overseeing the content shoot for the "Run Cannonball Run" project. Erica's extensive background includes partnership roles at The Sandbox, Inc., Madison Square Garden, and the After-School Corporation, as well as serving as a high school teacher for the NYC Department of Education. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Foreign Language Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
