Ben Konides

Ben Konides has worked in the customer service and operations industry since 2013. Theirwork experience includes roles such as Manager at Vans, a VF Company (2013-2014), Atlanta Operations Director at Blusion Wash + Dry (2014-2017), Lead Program Manager at Blusion Laundry (2017-2019), Customer & Project Success Manager at Automated Drop Stations (2019-2021), and Client Success Manager at TrackStreet (2021-present). At Vans, Ben was quickly promoted due to their excellent sales and customer service, and they trained incoming Associates and Supervisors, as well as planned and led an overhaul of workflow procedures. At BluOx Laundry, Ben worked as a Technician and Coordinator.

Ben Konides attended Kennesaw State University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Business, Professional Sales & Engineering Psychology.
