Paula Falomir

Paula Falomir has been working in the project management field since 2017. Paula began their career as a Project Manager and Administrative Assistant at URN Virtual. In 2020, they joined Omnitracs as a Project Manager, where they improved the Technical team's time to market by implementing an Agile framework. Paula also implemented bug and internal request management by integrating support, sales, and engineering teams' engagement. Also in 2020, they began working as a Project Manager/Agile Coach Consultant at Arka Universidad, where they consulted and coached department leaders on Agile practices and managed branding, business/commercial, and IT projects. Currently, they are a Scrum Master at TrackStreet.

Paula Falomir completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Renewable Energy from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 2017. Paula then completed a User Experience (UX) course from Platzi in 2019. Additionally, they are a Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in October 2022.
