Adam Rudick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam has held various sales and managerial roles throughout their career. Starting in 2011, Adam worked as a Customer Service Representative at Aragon Marketing Group. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Mail Clerk at Agropur before transitioning to Domestic Converters Inc., where they served as a Warehouse & Shipping Manager. In 2014, Adam was promoted to Sales Representative and Trade Show Manager at Domestic Converters Inc., responsible for managing current accounts and generating sales through inbound leads. In 2015, their role shifted to full-time sales and business development, successfully opening multiple retail doors in Canada and pursuing qualified US retailers. Adam then joined ADP in 2017 as a District Manager, where they exceeded sales quotas by selling Human Capital Management solutions to commercial clients in Ottawa and Montreal. In 2018, Adam joined Trackforce Valiant + TrackTik as an Account Executive, tasked with managing the Southwest United States region and later solely managing California. Adam qualified clients, conducted demos, and made proposals for TrackTik's solution. Over time, Adam was promoted to Team Lead - Account Executive and then Sales Manager, where they managed a team and supported the sales cycle AE's. In their current role as Director of Sales - SMB, Adam continues to contribute to the company's sales efforts.

Adam Rudick obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Concordia University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they attended Dawson College from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, Adam Rudick also earned a certification in Inside Sales from LinkedIn in October 2016.
