Neaha Fuad

Neaha Fuad is a seasoned training and implementation professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Global Lead Training and Implementation at TrackTik since July 2020, Neaha has previously worked as a Training and Development Coordinator at British American Tobacco, where responsibilities included on-the-job training, coaching, and developing performance management tools. Neaha's earlier experience includes roles as a Team Lead (Sales Manager) at Freedom Mobile, where sales targets were achieved through effective leadership, coaching, and client satisfaction initiatives, and as a Sales Consultant at Koodo Mobile and Bell, excelling in customer service and sales performance. Neaha holds a Human Resource Certification from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration.
