Kristoffer L. Debois

Kristoffer L. Debois is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in engineering, product operations, and customer success management across multiple companies. At Trackunit since September 2019, Kristoffer serves as Vice President, Engineering and Product Operations, orchestrating the merger with IoT company ZTR and leading the integration process. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Excellence, where Kristoffer established a new Customer Success organization and unified technical support functions internationally. Previously, at Schneider Electric, Kristoffer held various leadership positions, most notably as Head of Customer Experience, focusing on enhancing B2B customer relationships and driving strategic initiatives for customer success. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Engineering and an MBA in International Business Development.
