Taylor Termentozzi has a diverse work experience that spans from 2009 to present. In 2009, Taylor worked as a Computer Education for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, where they piloted the MIT developed application, Scratch, to teach children programming and taught a children's computer class for the after school program. In 2011, Taylor worked as a Campus Rep for Microsoft. From 2012 to 2016, Taylor worked at Encompass Technologies, first as a Project Manager and then as a Technical Support Analyst. In 2016, Taylor joined TrackVia, Inc. and held the roles of Implementation Engineer, Customer Success Manager, and Director of Customer Success. In these roles, Taylor was responsible for the relationship management and retention of top strategic clients, providing technical consultation for applying platform features to solve clients' needs, and on-boarding new clients from the sales hand-off process.
