Alana has a BA in Computer Science and Psychology from Mount Holyoke College. Throughout their career, Alana has developed automation frameworks, mentored team members, conducted test planning, automated test procedures, and communicated effectively with stakeholders. Alana's expertise includes C#, MSTest, SpecFlow, Selenium, REST service testing, and database validation.
