Matthew Carrett

Matthew Carrett is an Industry Process Lead at Tracr and has progressively demonstrated international experience in Europe and Southern Africa as an Operational Team Manager. They have a strong passion for results delivery and people development, embracing a collaborative approach with high integrity. Previously, they held various roles at The De Beers Group of Companies, where they led teams and optimized business processes. Matthew is currently pursuing a foundation diploma in Art and Design at Barnet College while continuing studies in 2D Design at the University of Hertfordshire.
