Winston J. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management in the technology and financial sectors. Since September 2022, Winston has served as Vice President of Engineering at Tracsis Rail Technology Solutions, leading and mentoring the Integrated Engineering Team to foster collaboration and innovation in railroad technology solutions. Previously, Winston held multiple roles at RailComm, including Director of Project Engineering and Delivery, where responsibilities included managing project delivery from sale to solution for Latin America clients. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Prudential Financial, overseeing the functionality of actuarial models, and at Transamerica, where Winston managed programs and initiatives across Latin America. Winston's career also includes significant engineering and project management experience at Rockwell Collins, software development at NetworkIP, and a foundational role in the United States Marine Corps.
