Akira Yamamura

Akira Yamamura is currently the Head of Engagement Management in APAC for Tractable. Prior to this, they spent five years with BlackRock as Vice President for Product Marketing for their Risk and Investment Platform, Aladdin.

Yamamura has been instrumental in successful implementations of Aladdin for large clients, including a Japanese bank with 200 trillion+ in assets under management, and a notable government pension fund. Akira is also data interfaces savvy, having onboarded Japanese pension funds and global insurer's branches onto the Aladdin platform.

In their current role with Tractable, Yamamura is responsible for ensuring that the company's products are maximized through engagement and education for overall adoption.

Akira Yamamura holds a Bachelor's degree in Policy Management from Keio University.
