James Spears

James Spears is currently the Head of Automotive in the US for Tractable. Prior to this, they were with Collision Industry Conference (CIC) and Tractable. Before that, they were with Insurance Nexus by Reuters Events. James has also been a Claims Advisory Board Member for LexisNexis from January 2017 to December 2019. Additionally, they have served on the Board of Trustees for Collision Repair Education Foundation from March 2015 to March 2021. Lastly, they were on the International Board of Directors for I-CAR from January 2009 to March 2015.

James Spears has a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. James also has a Doctor of Business Administration from City University of Seattle, with a focus in business, management, marketing, and related support services. Additionally, they have a Master of Arts in Leadership from City University of Seattle, focusing in organizational leadership. Finally, they have a Master of Business Administration from City University of Seattle with a concentration in project management. James also has a master's degree in planning and research from the University of South Carolina. Additionally, they have I-CAR certification in I-CAR Platinum.

They work with Sakina Najmi - VP, Marketing, Caroline O'Connor - Group General Counsel, and Mark Hornsey - VP, Customer Operations. Their manager is Alex Dalyac, CEO.
