Denis Dumont

Denis Dumont's work experience includes a variety of roles in the energy sector. Denis started their career at GDF SUEZ - Tractebel Engineering in 1997, where they worked as a Contract Manager for gas turbine repowering projects. Denis then became a Contract Manager for EPC contract negotiation before transitioning into a Sales Manager role for power generation. In 2005, Denis became a Project Manager for repowering combined cycle gas turbine projects.

In 2011, Denis joined Tractebel as a Product Manager for power plants EPCM, a role they held until 2014. Denis then served as the Head of Nuclear Power Plants Projects for Tractebel in Belgium from 2014 to 2015. Following that, they took on the role of Head of Plant Operation Support from 2016 to 2018.

Denis's most recent roles at Tractebel include being the General Manager for the Nuclear Business Line, a position they held from 2018 to 2022. Denis also became the CEO of Tractebel Belgium and the Chief Nuclear Officer in April 2022.

Denis Dumont completed a CEDEP - General Management Program at INSEAD from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mechanical Engineering from Université catholique de Louvain, which they pursued between 1990 and 1996.
