Ghassen ELLOUZ is a seasoned infrastructure project manager with extensive experience in the civil engineering and urban development sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager at TRACTEBEL since September 2018, Ghassen has achieved notable successes including securing a framework agreement and implementing cost-effective technical solutions.
