Nicolas Cretin

Nicolas CRETIN has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Nicolas is currently working as a Lead Recruiter at TRACTEBEL - ENGIE GROUP since November 2018. Previously, they served as a Recruitment Team Leader at Interdevelop from March 2017 to November 2017. Before that, they worked as an International Business Development Manager at HRmind (Profilers Group) from April 2016 to February 2017. From February 2011 to October 2015, Nicolas worked as an International Business Development & Recruitment Representative at VINCI Energies, where they focused on business development, client visits, and technical assistance projects in Nigeria. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Representative at ATYX from March 2009 to November 2010. Nicolas also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at Modis International from September 2007 to December 2008, focusing on business development and recruiting in the Clinical Research field. Nicolas briefly worked in business development at TFH Special Needs Toys & Multi Sensory Environments from November 2005 to April 2006. Nicolas started their career as a Supplier Account Manager at Alliance Healthcare from May 2002 to November 2005, where they were responsible for managing supplier needs and establishing contracts and partnerships.

Nicolas Cretin obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Management from Brunel University London in 1998. In 2001, they completed a 5-year degree in International Business at Le Mans University. From 2020 to 2021, they pursued a Master 2 degree in Coaching and Personal Development in Enterprises from CIFFOP. Currently, they are pursuing a Certification in Coaching from EDEC - École d'Entraînement à l'Effective Coaching, scheduled to be completed by 2025.
