Rafael Rizzatti de Moraes

Rafael Rizzatti de Moraes is a skilled Project Manager and Dam Engineer with extensive experience in dam safety consultancy and civil engineering. At TRACTEBEL since November 2015, Rafael has managed significant projects, including safety consultancy for the Kariba Dam and inspections for the Cahora Bassa Dam.
