Tarun Agarwal

Tarun Agarwal has extensive work experience in various roles related to finance, legal, ethics, and company secretarial matters. Tarun is currently serving as the CFO, Legal & Ethics Officer for the Middle East & Asia at Tractebel (Engie Group), a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the CFO, Legal & Ethics Officer at Tractebel Engineering Pvt. Ltd from January 2019 to October 2022. Before joining Tractebel, Tarun worked at Lahmeyer International India Pvt. Ltd where they held the position of General Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary from February 2012 to September 2017. Tarun also has experience working as a Company Secretary at Adani Group from January 2008 to February 2012 and at RPG Group from January 2007 to January 2008.

Tarun Agarwal completed their ACS degree in Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2005, following their earlier ACS degree in Law from the same institute in 2003. Prior to that, they studied Commerce at Agarwal Inter College Agra from 1992 to 1998. Tarun started their education at St. Jhon's primary school agra from 1986 to 1990, where they completed their 5th grade in English.
