Pedro Gasparini Piovesan

Pedro Gasparini Piovesan has worked in various roles in the engineering and customer success fields since 2011. In 2011, they began a Program of Post-Graduate in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. In 2013, they completed a summer internship in Industrial Maintenance Engineering at ArcelorMittal Brasil. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Izda Equipamentos para Automatização Industrial Ltda. as an Quality Engineering, where they implemented processes for the SGQ and ISO:9001:2015 standards, managed projects and processes, and applied the 5S methodology. During this time, they also worked at ABM Indústria de Plásticos as a Quality Engineering. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Ciser as a Project Manager for Industry 4.0 and an Analyst of Processes. Currently, they are a Partner and Head of Applications Engineering and Customer Success at TRACTIAN, where they are responsible for the Applications Engineering and Customer Success team and their strategies to optimize the customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Pedro Gasparini Piovesan is currently studying Industrial Engineering at the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
