Shannon Pierce

Shannon Pierce serves as a Senior Sales Recruiter at TRACTIAN, starting in October 2024. Previously, Shannon held several roles at memoryBlue, including Account Executive - Direct Hire, where notable achievements included 107% quota attainment in 2023, recognition as Q4-23 and Q1-24 top revenue producer, and earning a spot in the 2023 President's Club. As Direct Hire Manager, Shannon led a team of 10 Sales Talent Recruiters and Account Executives, achieving the #1 DH Manager distinction and a place in the 2022 President's Club. Early career experience includes managing client accounts as an Account Executive and a Sales Development Representative Intern with 100% and 200% quota attainment, respectively.
