Shane Erickson

Shane Erickson is the Founder and Managing Partner at Traction Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage and lower middle market companies. Shane is also on the Board of Directors and an investor at Modern Foundation, AutoMotion Dealer App, and UltraLox. Shane is a Member and EOA Accelerator Chair at Entrepreneurs' Organization - Minnesota, and the Founder and Owner of Innovative Marketing Consultants. Additionally, Shane has served on the Board of Directors at MentorMate and Reside now Magnet 360. Shane previously worked as an Accountant at LaFayette & Fairchild, Ltd. Shane holds a BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
