Zachary Shein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Most recently, they worked at Traction Complete starting in February 2020 as a Customer Success Manager. Zachary was promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager - Team Lead in November 2022. Prior to that, Zachary worked at Polar Promotions & Sportswear from September 2017 to October 2019. Zachary held various positions within the company, starting as a Production Coordinator, then becoming a Production Supervisor, and ultimately serving as a Production Manager. Zachary also gained experience in the Information Technology field during their time at the University of Calgary, where they worked as an Information Technology Support Assistant from March 2012 to June 2013.

Zachary Shein graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Calgary, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. In 2020, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completing the program in 2021. Additionally, Zachary obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in June 2020, and in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from edX in December 2019.
